We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; Within 30 days of receiving your HCH Cabinet and your dissatisfied you may return or exchange it.(must be preapproved) A full refund of the purchase price will be given (minus all Shipping charges) contact American Hideaway Inc.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.
We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defect HCH Cabinet – please Contact us within 30 days if this is the case.(must be preapproved)
Installed units returned will have a additional re boxing charge of $20.00

PLEASE NOTE:

Returns will only be accepted with prior notification. You MUST contact American Hideaway INC.

before returning to obtain authorization and a full credit. If you do not contact us, the delivery will be
refused and sent back to you.

In addition, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all returns be insured for the full purchase price.

Refunds are reliant on the cabinet arriving to us in100% salable condition. If it does not, no refund will be issued and it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
